The JISR - جسر movement, an independent and non-political movement, is responsible for processing the data collected through this site.

What data do we collect?

When you fill in the "Join us" form: your name, email, country of residence, field or profession, and the message you write.

When you fill in the "Contact" form: your name, email, subject, and the message you write.

We do not collect any other data without your knowledge: this site does not use tracking cookies or advertising analytics tools.

Why do we collect this data?

This information allows us to process your request to get involved with the movement, get back in touch with you, and respond to your questions or suggestions.

On what legal basis?

On the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the dedicated checkbox before submitting the form.

Who has access to this data?

Your data is accessible to JISR team members responsible for following up on applications and messages. It is transmitted and stored via Netlify, our technical hosting provider, which acts as a data processor.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

What are your rights?

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, as well as a right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our Contact page, specifying your request.
