Our manifesto

An open space in service of Morocco

JISR does not claim to speak on behalf of all Moroccans around the world. Above all, it aims to create an open space for those who wish to share their experience, skills and ideas in service of Morocco.

Why JISR?

All around the world, Moroccan doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, researchers, lawyers, students and many other talented individuals wish to maintain a connection with Morocco and contribute, in their own way, to its development.

JISR wants to facilitate these connections, highlight these journeys, and build bridges with economic, academic, community and institutional stakeholders in Morocco.

The movement is independent and non-political: it is not affiliated with any party or political organization, and does not act on behalf of any institution.

The four principles

1

Connect

Create links between Moroccans worldwide, regardless of country, field or generation — and with stakeholders in Morocco.

2

Contribute

Mobilize everyone's skills and experience, one-off or ongoing, for concrete projects that benefit Morocco.

3

Share

Circulate knowledge, journeys and best practices between peers, generations and regions.

4

Act

Go beyond intentions: start and support concrete initiatives, with and for Morocco.

Join the movement

Whether you're a doctor, engineer, entrepreneur, researcher, lawyer, student, or passionate about another field, your journey has a place at JISR.
